By accessing or using NailSalonFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including salon owners, staff members, and customers.

2. Description of Service

NailSalonFlow is a cloud-based salon management platform that provides tools for:

• Online booking and appointment scheduling
• Customer relationship management
• Staff management and scheduling
• Payment processing
• Business analytics and reporting
• Commission tracking
• Custom branding and personalization

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

To use NailSalonFlow, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your team members follow security best practices

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

NailSalonFlow offers several subscription plans:

• Free Trial: 14-day trial with full features
• Basic: $19/month or $199/year
• Starter: $39/month or $399/year
• Pro: $79/month or $799/year

Plan features, pricing, and availability are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5.2 Free Trial

• You can try NailSalonFlow free for 14 days with access to all Pro features
• Payment information is required to start the trial
• If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be automatically charged for the Basic plan
• You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged

5.3 Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on the subscription renewal date
• Prices are quoted in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• You're responsible for paying all applicable taxes related to your use of the Service

5.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• Grace Period: You have 7 days to update your payment method
• Reminders: We'll send email reminders on days 2, 4, and 6
• Suspension: After 7 days, your account will be suspended with view-only access
• Restoration: Update your payment method to automatically restore access

5.5 Refund Policy

• We offer a 14-day free trial so you can test the Service risk-free
• After the trial, all subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for mid-period cancellations

5.6 Plan Changes

• Upgrades: Take effect immediately; you'll be charged the new plan rate starting from your next billing cycle
• Downgrades: Take effect immediately; you'll be charged the new lower rate starting from your next billing cycle
• You can change plans at any time from your account settings

6. Acceptable Use Policy

When using NailSalonFlow, you agree NOT to:

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6.2 Content Standards

You are responsible for all content you upload to NailSalonFlow:

• Do not upload offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Do not upload content that violates privacy or confidentiality
• Ensure you have rights to use any uploaded images or logos

7. Your Data and Privacy

7.1 Data Ownership

• You retain all ownership rights to your data
• You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the Service
• We will not sell or share your data with third parties
• You can export your data at any time

7.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

7.3 Data Retention and Deletion

• Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account is active
• Cancelled Accounts: Data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted
• Backup Data: May be retained up to 90 days for disaster recovery
• You can request immediate deletion by contacting support (some legal retention requirements may apply)

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using NailSalonFlow, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 NailSalonFlow's IP

The Service, including all software, code, features, functionality, designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by NailSalonFlow and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

8.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use them without any obligation to you.

• Access continues until the end of your billing period
• Your data will be deleted after 90 days

• Your payment fails and isn't resolved within the grace period
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Required by law

12.3 Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply

13. Dispute Resolution
